The vision that Kosovo should have!
A video that tells us best how a state should work, in order to reduce the number of stray dog population in Kosovo.
- The registration of all pets-dogs; Those who do not register their dogs should be punished with fines; With the state dog registration, illegal breeders and pet shops (PET SHOPs) would be better controlled;
- Continuing with the sterilization of stray dogs and release them again on the streets (at the place where they have been caught) after sterilization. Shelters are not good at all in this situation in Kosovo;
- In parallel with the point 1 and 2 – extra-curricular activities (or even curricula – would be perfect) should be implemented in Kosovo schools for awareness and education on the peaceful relationship between humans and non-human animals.
