You can see pictures showing the place of animals that are temporarily sheltered there.
This temporary animal house is not built for stray animals because abandonment of animals on the road or anywhere is not practiced in many developed countries (since there is a registration system for all domestic animals and their owners).
This serves for the animals confiscated from their holders or animals without owners (or carers) for various reasons (except for their abandonment on the road).
When the Animal Rights Foundation visited this center, in August 2018, responsible persons stated that every two weeks the animals were adopted by this center.
Municipalities in Kosovo should take this center as an example!
