KVFA negligence in ensuring the welfare of animals and people:
- Lack of information of farmers on the possibilities of medical examinations of animals;
- Negligence of KVFA to monitor farm conditions – look at the condition of those horses. These farmers should not have these horses at all!
- For several days those horses endanger the health of humans and other animals (dogs and cats).
- KVFA and municipal veterinary inspectors never receive proper information in time, they are always informed when the media or civil society do something obvious and reveal their institutional negligence and unwillingness to prevent such cases.
