INTERVENTIONS IN LIFE OF ANIMALS
Article 7
Animal surgical operations
- 7.1. Surgical operations for the purpose of modifying the appearance of an animal by which any part of the animal’s body is removed or damaged, other than for a curative purpose, shall be prohibited.
- 7.2. Surgical operations shall be carried out by a veterinarian pursuant to provisions
of the law in power.
-> Still, almost all veterinarians practice unnecessary and torment surgical intervention to pets (dogs, especially Pitbull breed or other “fighting” dogs) by the demands of the pet carriers/care takers (humans).
As far as the information is concerned, the law no. 02/L-10 has been in place since 2005. Any dog or animal caretaker who after 2005 has made any unreasonable unnecessary torturous surgical changes to their pets, including their respective
veterinarians who have performed those operations, can and will be punished by the applicable law mentioned.
All there is needed, is to file the cases!

ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTIONS
Article 17
With a fine of 100 to 5.000 € for civil violation shall be fined a person if:
e) Conducts surgical operations for the purpose of modifying the appearance of an animal by which any part of the animal’s body is removed or damaged (article 7.1);
-> In addition and to conclude, other administrative instructions and legal ordinances will be soon proposed by us (according to current law No. 02 / L-10 – confiscation of the animal is mentioned, but not detailed) criminal penalties and the confiscation of an animal if subject to various torture and abusive cases.
