Why do dogs have to bear the blame for contagious diseases, while still in Kosovo many animal products of animal origin are not controlled either? Even worse, the relevant institutions do not even know the exact number of livestock – even though there is a register of livestock identification.
This calf is not registered in the Food and Veterinary Agency’s register – with the Law on Veterinary, this is a grave breach by the animal keeper and by the relevant institutions that do not undergo more stringent inspections!
Even with the Criminal Code, it is considered a violation, any activity that intentionally or negligently endangers the health of people, the environment, plants and / or animals.
This clearly indicates where serious contagious diseases come from. Not from dogs and cats – at least, not as some institutions and Kosovar society panic!
